The purpose of my study is to elucidate the physiological relaxation effects that stimulation by nature-derived brings to humans. I'm accumulating scientific data using physiological indicators such as brain activity, autonomic nervous activity, and endocrine activity. Recent research topics include the elucidation of individual differences and their effects on high-stress individuals.
