Profile
Nobuyoshi KOMURO was born in Kitaibaraki-shi, Ibaraki, Japan, in 1977. He received the B.E., M.E.,and Ph.D. degrees in Information Science from Ibaraki University, Hitachi-shi, Ibaraki, Japan, in 2000, 2002, and 2005, respectively. From 2005 to 2009, he was with the School of Computer Science, Tokyo University of Technology. Since April 2009, he has been with Chiba University, where he is currently an Associate Professor with the Institute of Management and Information Technologies. From May 2012 to April 2013, he was an visiting scholar at Rutgers University, NJ, USA. His research interests include spread spectrum communications, code division multiple access, and multiple access protocol. He received the Encouraging Prize (Society of Information Theory and its Applications) in 2008.
