© Optics & Photonics International Congress 2019. We demonstrate the formation of a high viscosity 'ink-jet' by employing optical vortex laser ablation. The optical vortex induces the radial inward mass transport of the ink towards its dark core through the hydrodynamics and vaporizationinduced recoil pressure, resulting in the creation of the 'ink-jet'. The OAM then forces the melted ink to spin towards clockwise or counter-clockwise direction assigned by the handedness of the vortex pulse, thereby stabilizing the formation of the 'ink-jet'.
