<p>業務用ビルの空調設備を対象に、液冷化による省エネ空調システムの研究開発により、ZEB空調システムの一つのプロトタイプの構築を目指した研究を行った。執務空間の快適性の維持・向上を図りながら、一層の省エネルギーに資する空調システムの開発を目指している。本報では、液冷空調システム導入の必要性と研究開発の全体概要を報告する。</p>

<p>開発システムのシミュレーションモデルを開発し、実測結果との比較により精度検証を行った。ビル用マルチ空調機、調室機能付HP、両者の組み合わせによるシステムとしての外温度特性、部分負荷特性、時刻、期間積算値等による比較を行い、その再現性を確認し、相対評価等を行う上で十分な計算精度が確保されていることが示された。</p>

<p>ZEB(Zero Energy Building)に向けて空調消費エネルギー大幅削減が可能な、潜顕分離を用いたZEB対応空調システム（開発システム）の実証試験プロジェクトを名古屋大学で実施した。その結果、上記開発システムを用いることで従来のビル用マルチエアコンと加湿機能付全熱交を組み合わせたシステムと比較し、快適性を維持しつつ、夏季47%・冬季29%の消費電力削減を達成した。</p>

<p>業務用ビルを対象とした液冷空調システムの研究開発において、その実現可能性を検討するためには、具体的な建物を想定して、定量的検討を行うことが必要不可欠である。本報では、検討対象とするモデル建物の規模とZEB化の視点から建物外皮の断熱仕様や内部初熱条件などの建物仕様を設定し、室内温湿度条件による最大熱負荷の影響と基本となるモデル空調システムの構成の概要について報告する。</p>

<p>第4報、第5報では、開発システムに対する実証試験結果及びシミュレーションとの比較による性能検証を行った。その結果、シミュレーションにより開発システムの挙動を比較的高い精度で再現できることを確認した。 本報では、当該シミュレーションモデルを用いて、本システム及び従来システムの年間エネルギー消費量を算出し、本開発システムの省エネルギーポテンシャルについて確認した。</p>

<p>近年、再生可能エネルギー等により建築物のエネルギー収支ネットゼロを目指す「ZEB」の早期実現が世界的に期待されている。本報では、このような建築を「エネルギー自立型建築」と称し、その概念やアプローチの方法、実現可能性の試算結果等について述べる。</p>

<p>分散型電源の導入や省エネルギー化に向けて、CGS を核としたスマートエネルギーネットワーク（スマエネ）は重要な要素の一つとなっている。 スマエネの効果を最大限とするためにはライフサイクルにわたるエネルギーマネジメントが必要であり、これまでにその評価を行うためのエネルギーシミュレーションツール"SPREEM"が開発されている。 本論文では、既存DHCにおけるシミュレーションツールの精度検証と運用検討を実施した。</p>

<p>開発中のZEBエネルギー管理システムの構想と、検討中のシステムの1つを選びシミュレーションツールとシミュレーションで示された第一次エネルギー評価について報告する。 自然エネルギーを最大限利用する液冷空調システムの可能性を見出したが、ポンプ冷却塔の動力が大きくなる等の課題も抽出した。 また、ZEB管理システムの必要性も明らかになった。</p>

Recent years, new type of multiple packaged air-conditioning systems, which separately controls sensible and latent heat, has been applied for energy conservation and improving thermal comfort. In this study, field surveys were conducted in an office installing the desiccant air-conditioning system in summer and winter. It was found that with the desiccant air-conditioning system, indoor air temperature and humidity were controlled properly even in summer and winter. Total energy consumption of the desiccant air-conditioning system was slightly lower than that of the conventional multiple packaged air-conditioning system.

In Japan, the efficiency improvement of energy supply sides is requested as a political policy, it become important prob-lems that making the use of respect use for energy and natural energy and the unutilized energy in the region and the city and becoming existing DHC plants etc. highly effective. From such a background, we have already developed the energy simulation tool "Carbon energy simulation tool for the city planning" in order to examine them. In this paper, it reports on the content of the functionality expansion in SPREEM-UD, and it reports on the analysis with the case study using these by the next report.

SPREEM-UD is an energy simulation program intend to the city blocks and the districts. This program will be used at the project stages in order to understand the overall trend concerning energy supply and demand. It have been reported on the development situation etc. of SPREEM-UD by existing papers. In this paper, we report the results of case studies of energy-saving effect by constructing a smart energy network in the existing model district including seven DHC plants.

It is important taking Energy-Saving measures on existing houses as well as new houses. Generally, taking measures on existing buildings is costly more than on new houses, and so the choice of cost-effective measures is more important on existing houses. So, we developed a tool to evaluate of houses and complex houses energy-saving effect.

Energy saving in the buildings and houses has been the most important problem for resolving global environment issues in Japan. For large energy saving in the building and residential house section, measures not only in the demand side but in the supply side are necessary. As the supply side measures, energy and environmental management in the area including the DHC system has been very important, and evaluation tool for urban energy environmental management are required. In this paper, background of development and outlines of energy and carbon simulation tool for urban design are described.

In the second report, the developed tools were applied to the case study of a model area and it was confirmed that this tools were effective for the energy analysis in the city and regions. In SPREEM to aim at a detailed examination of the city block, the conservation of energy improvement idea was made based on the analysis of the present state in the specified urban development area. Moreover, the case study was done by using SPREEM-UD for the case which the steam supply system is connected in the two or more area that had DHC.

We studied on the energy consumption for the HVAC system of the estabilished building build the analytical code so-called LCEM at an operational phase. We made some comparisons between actual measuring data and calculating values by use of LCEM and obtained the good coincident between them. As results, we evaluated the reduction rate of energy consumption of the system heat generated system by renewal of heat source machines.
