＜文献概要＞川崎病は複数の遺伝要因と感染を含む環境要因が関与して発症する多因子疾患である。ゲノムワイド研究により川崎病の罹患感受性や重症化リスクに関連する遺伝子のバリアントが複数見出され,その情報から,これまで知られていなかった他の疾患との遺伝要因の共通性,病態におけるCa2+/NFAT経路の活性化の関与,B細胞の関与など,新たな洞察や治療法への手がかりが得られつつある。しかし依然未解明な部分も大きく,さらなる追究が望まれる。
